Louise Heddle

/ Managing Director
Since the year 2010 Louise has gained experience as the manager of nursing agencies and has 9 years’ previous experience gained in the social care sector and holds a SVQ3 in Health and Social Care. Specialising in Adults with Learning Disabilities, Louise was a member of the senior management team for a Housing Support Provider for a number of years. In 2014 Louise founded Gold Healthcare Solutions Ltd with the view to provide healthcare clients with trained and reliable staff who would take their commitment to providing care as seriously and professionally as her. Her aim is to ensure that the clients feel confident they are dealing with a well-managed business that is committed and able to deliver a high quality of service in accordance with the National Care Standards.

Karen Kelly

/ Clinical Nurse Manager
Karen is the registered Clinical Nurse Manager of Gold Healthcare Solutions Ltd. Karen is a qualified R.G.N and R.N.M.H. and from 1985 has gained experience working within the health board as a nurse/charge nurse, then from 1999 within the care home sector as a nurse/deputy manager. Karen has worked with several care homes assisting them to meet the requirements of the Care Inspectorate by providing training, writing policies, care plans, writing and carrying out audits and providing documents/charts as required. Karen has joined forces with Louise at Gold Healthcare to provide the same level of high standards and support to our Registered Nurses and clients while ensuring we meet the guidelines from the Care Inspectorate and follow the NMC Code of Conduct.

Maria Douglas

/ Account/Payroll Manager
Maria has worked closely with Louise since 2014, and has a flair for delivering a high standard of customer service. Maria gained a BA Hons in Business & Management in 2010, and was previously the Assistant Manager at the prestigious Culloden House Hotel and the Duty Manager at Rocpool Reserve Boutique Hotel, Bar and Restaurant.

Kirsty McIntosh

/ Allocations Consultant
Kirsty gained her HNC in Business Administration in 2001 and comes to us with over 11 years of HR and recruitment experience in the healthcare sector. Kirsty took time out to raise her family and started her own childminding business. Keen to be back working within healthcare, Kirsty is delighted to be joining the Gold Healthcare team and once again working alongside Louise.
